We’ve kicked off the summer by welcoming talented new artists to the gallery including Vicky HagemanEllen Hayward and Word Play Clay!

It's always exciting when we receive new work and add new artists to the cambridge contemporary crafts family! We couldn't do what we love without the endless support that we receive from our lovely customers. Keep shopping small and local (when you can) and keep indie business like us going so we can share more fantastic artwork with you!

As usual we are open Monday – Friday 10 am – 5:30pm and Sundays 11 am – 5pm.

Do pop in to see our brilliant window display featuring ceramics by Cat Santos and Penny Withers, and prints by Luiza Holub.

Our Summer Exhibition is a great opportunity to introduce new artists to our customers. It’s such a pleasure to display new work by printmakers Adrian Holmes and Merlyn Chesterman and watercolour artist Niall MacCrann.

All prints in the gallery are handmade using traditional printmaking techniques; we have etchings, linocuts, screenprints and more. We are very proud to say that you won’t find digitally reproduced prints in our browsers!

You can find more about printmaking techniques on our website here.

This month our windows feature fantastic new sculptures by Cat Santos and beautiful ceramic vessels by Penny Withers. We also welcome new work by Yorkshire based textile and printmakers Folded Forest to the gallery. You can find work by all the artists on our online shop, or pop into the gallery to see them in person!

Penny Withers uses glaze reactions to capture evocative landscapes, mountains and oceans within her stunning hand-thrown vessels.
